Welcome to DiviNav. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of divinav.com and the digital Bible study products we offer (the “Service”). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
About DiviNav
DiviNav publishes digital Bible study materials. Our products include the Yearly Bible Study Journal series (three Bible-in-a-Year reading plans, delivered as monthly PDFs), the free Grounded 12-lesson discipleship plan, Middle School and High School discipleship curriculum (offered to churches, ministries, and families under a curriculum license), and the Solid Ground for Men and Held self-study workbook lines. Your Account
We create an account for you tied to the email address you provide — either when you make a purchase, or when you ask for free access such as reading a sample in our online reader. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and your contact email current so we can deliver your products and notices. If you suspect unauthorized use, email info@divinav.com right away.
What You’re Buying
DiviNav sells digital Bible study products you read on your own device. Depending on the product, your purchase may be: a digital PDF journal (a one-time single month or lifetime bundle, or a recurring monthly or annual subscription); a one-time digital study workbook (Solid Ground for Men, Held); or a curriculum license that grants an organization — such as a church or ministry — the right to use a Middle School or High School curriculum program with its own group, on the terms of the curriculum License Agreement provided at purchase. Some resources, such as Grounded and every product sample, are free. Whatever you see at checkout is what you’re agreeing to pay.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method you provided. You can cancel at any time through your account page or by emailing info@divinav.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access to content already delivered.
Refunds
Our refund policy is on the refund policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Acceptable Use
Your purchase of a journal, study workbook, or free resource gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own study, devotional, and educational purposes. You may print copies for personal use. Curriculum licenses (Middle School, High School) are governed by the separate DiviNav Curriculum License Agreement provided at purchase, which grants the licensed organization defined rights to use the curriculum with its own group. You may not redistribute, resell, repost, or share any DiviNav PDF (including by upload to file-sharing services or use in commercial products) outside the terms of your license — personal or organizational — without our written permission.
Notes and Community Sharing
Our online reader lets you write your own notes and, if you choose, share them with other readers. A few terms govern that:
- Your notes are yours. You keep ownership of everything you write. If you choose to share a note, you grant DiviNav a non-exclusive license to store it and display it anonymously to other members who own that plan, and to moderate it. You can unshare at any time.
- Community conduct. Don’t share anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, deceptive, or off-topic, and don’t post anyone else’s personal information. Shared notes are for encouragement and study, not promotion or spam.
- Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for what you write and share. Please don’t enter legally sensitive or self-incriminating details — for studies that touch legal matters, treat your notes as something that is stored, not as a private diary.
- Moderation. Any member can report a shared note; on the first report it is hidden pending our review. We may hide, remove, or refuse shared notes, and may revoke sharing or reader access, at our discretion.
- What “anonymous” means. Your name is not shown to other members — but DiviNav can identify the author of any note for safety, moderation, and legal purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how note data is handled.
- No warranty on notes. The reader and your saved notes are provided “as is.” Please keep your own exported copies; we are not liable for loss of notes.
Intellectual Property
The Yearly Bible Study Journal journals — including all original commentary, linguistic insights, study prompts, design, and layout — are © DiviNav. The scripture text is the Berean Standard Bible, used under its license terms. Audio recordings are public-domain narrations by Souer.
Disclaimers
DiviNav products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Bible study content reflects our research and conviction; it’s not a substitute for the counsel of your pastor, church community, or trained theological advisors.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, DiviNav’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by good-faith conversation will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Valley County, Idaho.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, if it affects your subscription, email you about it. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
