We want you to be happy with what you buy. Here’s how refunds work at DiviNav.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase from DiviNav — whether it’s a single month, a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, the lifetime bundle, a study workbook (Solid Ground for Men or Held), or a curriculum license (Middle School or High School) — email info@divinav.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Subscription Renewals

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. To stop a future renewal, cancel via the account page or email us anytime before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access to PDFs you’ve already received.

Renewal charges (months 2+ of a monthly subscription, or year 2 of an annual subscription) are not refundable after the renewal date. If you forgot to cancel and notice within a few days, email us — we’ll do our best to be reasonable.

Lifetime Bundle

The Lifetime Bundle is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days the purchase is final, since you’ve received the first month’s content and have access to all monthly drops going forward.

Study Workbooks

The Solid Ground for Men and Held study workbooks are one-time digital purchases, covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee. Because they’re delivered instantly as downloads, the guarantee is our promise that you can read it and still get your money back within 30 days if it isn’t right for you.

Curriculum Licenses

Middle School and High School curriculum licenses are one-time purchases covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days the license purchase is final. If your ministry’s needs change, email us — we’ll do our best to be reasonable.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@divinav.com with:

  • The email address you used at checkout
  • The approximate date of purchase
  • Brief reason (optional — helps us improve)

We aim to process refunds within 3 business days. Once approved, your bank typically posts the refund in 5–10 business days.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel any time:

  • Via the account page — go to /account/, click “Manage billing”, and use the Stripe Customer Portal
  • Via email — write to info@divinav.com and we’ll cancel it for you
