- Email engagement — whether you open emails and click links, via MailPoet, so we can improve content.

- Send confirmation, transactional, and devotional emails you’ve subscribed to
- Respond to your support questions
- Keep your account and our systems secure
- Improve our products based on what readers find useful
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Service Providers
We rely on a small set of trusted services to operate DiviNav:

- Hostinger — web hosting · privacy policy
Each provider handles your data under its own privacy commitments. We use them only as needed to operate the Service.
Cookies
divinav.com uses essential cookies to keep your session active and our forms working. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe and MailPoet may set their own cookies during checkout and email links, governed by their privacy policies above.
Your Rights
- Access and download your account data — email info@divinav.com
- Update or correct your information — via the account page
- Unsubscribe from any list — every email has an unsubscribe link
- Delete your account — email us; we’ll remove personal data within 30 days (we retain order/payment records as required by tax and accounting law)
Children’s Data
DiviNav products are intended for adult readers. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us their information, email us and we’ll delete it promptly.
Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as you have an active subscription or membership. After cancellation, we retain order records for 7 years for tax/accounting purposes; the rest is deleted on request.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes affecting how we use your data, email you in advance.
