Welcome to DiviNav. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of divinav.com and the digital Bible study products we offer (the “Service”). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
About DiviNav
DiviNav publishes the Yearly Bible Study Journal series — daily Bible study journals delivered as monthly PDF emails. We’re based at PO Box 602, Donnelly, Idaho 83615. You can reach us at info@divinav.com.
Your Account
When you make a purchase, we create an account for you tied to the email address you provide. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for keeping your contact email current so we can deliver your PDFs. If you suspect unauthorized use, email info@divinav.com right away.
What You’re Buying
DiviNav sells digital Bible study products — PDF journals you read on your own device. We offer one-time purchases (single month, lifetime bundle) and recurring subscriptions (monthly, annual). Pricing and product descriptions are on the pricing page; whatever you see at checkout is what you’re agreeing to pay.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method you provided. You can cancel at any time through your account page or by emailing info@divinav.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access to content already delivered.
Refunds
Our refund policy is on the refund policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Acceptable Use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Yearly Bible Study Journal journals for your own study, devotional, and educational purposes. You may print copies for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, repost, or share the PDFs (including by upload to file-sharing services or use in commercial products) without our written permission.
Intellectual Property
The Yearly Bible Study Journal journals — including all original commentary, linguistic insights, study prompts, design, and layout — are © DiviNav. The scripture text is the Berean Standard Bible, used under its license terms. Audio recordings are public-domain narrations by Souer.
Disclaimers
DiviNav products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Bible study content reflects our research and conviction; it’s not a substitute for the counsel of your pastor, church community, or trained theological advisors.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, DiviNav’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by good-faith conversation will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Valley County, Idaho.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, if it affects your subscription, email you about it. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
